aquaguy91 | i was just browsing another forum where a guy was complaining about how women are rude to him, and after he described what he does i can see why.... he said he keeps sending women messages on social networking sites until they eventually respond and tell him to "f**k off" I tried explaining to him that a woman will respond to the first message if she is interested, i told him its not wise to harass a woman with messages... he still didnt get it... geeze i have aspergers syndrome and even i think this guy is socially inept, i feel sorry for women who have to put up with that. |
peregrine | I feel sorry for women who are hit on by undesirable males in general. |
hannaramaa | women don't have to say that though. i'm sure on those social networking sites there's always a block button.

YoursTrulyAlways | The fact that you need to initiate social connections using internet social networking sites says volumes about you.... Plus, the need to bombard others begging for attention announces to the world that you belonga certain class of individual.... The word begins with an L and ends with a R. |

So many people do this nowadays. Dating sites are waaaaaay popular.. Everything happens online!! We're online right now on LL having a convo. We're not in the 1920s... anymore. ----- Harassing people? NOT cool. on or offline!! |
YoursTrulyAlways | Yeah. We are conversing online. I'm not exactly hitting on anyone am I? How does one expect to start some love relationship and maintain it over the keyboard? I want real lips to kiss, not some virtual nonsense! |
Padre35 | Well, it sounds like he has taken his offline failure online, and is generating what he expects to generate.IE..don't stop until brutally rejected Heard stuff like guys (especially) finding a pic of a male model and using it for a profile pic just to generate interest AND to re-enforce a negative self belief. |

yea thats pretty common from what i've heard..it makes you wonder how many people actually do that |
Padre35 | Well AG, honestly very few things surprise me any longer so I'd think it would be hopefully (75%) of the fellas who have issues offline Women as well, online dating/meeting is not just for men, would suspect a similar offline sort of issue. Depressing to me really, I WANT people to reach their potentials, be it personally, romantically, or professionally. However what is inside tends to come outside. Allow me to add that is not casting stones at anyone, just observations, online meetups are a great use of tech to cut through an awful lot of clutter. |

Whoever wants to use dating sites - that's their prerogative. Saying someone is a loser for using online dating sites as a way to connect, to socialize, or even find love is like saying someone is a loser for reading comic books, or playing piano. It holds no water. Now, BEHAVIOR on the other hand, is something different. Disrespect in any form is loser-ish entirely and I will always defend that. |
